Staffs are very accommodating, helpful and friendly. breakfast is great, location is very good, my 12 year old daughter enjoy visiting the museum opposite the hotel.

The staff were great. Very friendly and respectful and always ready to help. I had issues with the visa card payment with their POS but they were very helpful and patient whilst I got in touch with my bank back home to sort out the issue which was a limit set on all international payments.

I really appreciated the way the hotel communicated re requests we had. We received a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and were upgraded to a mountain facing room! The full breakfast served was great too with ample to choose from.

The restaurant downstairs is beautiful and quiet I was about to do my work there and the people in the restaurant were kind enough to help me charge my laptop and were constantly going out of their way to ensure Im happy. The night security guard was very courteous and so were the reception staff. I always felt safe as they would wait for me to get into the Uber when I would go out at night and I had countless great conversations with all the staff. It felt like a home away from home and I would go back everytime

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view from our room (Mountain view room), and a lovely breakfast. We were a few couples spending the night in Cape town for my birthday, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms as per photo's and there is safe parking (at a small rate) nearby. We will definitely come and stay again!

Wonderful hotel just a five minute walk from the hip area of Cape Towns City Center. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The staff was just fantastic and breakfast each morning was excellent.

The location was very central, right next to the excellent South African Natural Museum and Planetarium, Park, and shopping districts. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, food was very good, especially the cooked breakfasts.
